The development is of a very high standard - the house is extremely energy efficient, light and airy. The finish of the property is excellent, with a high quality kitchen with premium white goods and furniture - having an integrated garage is excellent too as it means we don’t have to worry about parking and we can also store larger items safely. The shared garden is beautiful - some lovely social areas, benches and easy access to the river.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Merchants Yard is in a fantastic location in Ipswich - 2 minutes to the Railway Station, meaning that you can reach London, Norwich and Cambridge in an hour. The town centre is 5 minutes walk away and the majority of local buses stop just outside the estate. Despite being so central, the development is very quiet and also offers great access to the riverside walk and the quays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Logging issues via the app is very simple and any minor maintenance issues have been remedied very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is very little parking for visitors within the estate - this is due to the close proximity to the railway station. This is not an issue as there is ample public parking close to the estate.
