Lewisham is a great and well connected area. The street the property is on is nice and quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
After two years of reporting a noise issue the property management company said as I was the only resident it affected, there was nothing more they could do. Not only that, but they said I couldn't fix the issue myself as it's leasehold.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just ask Pocket to be truthful about their track record. Shameful company.
