Very convinent living neighborhood

The deaign is good, simple and useful. We have bicycles storage, parking lots. But we do not have concierge and buit-in gym. The building management and property management is okay, because the cleaning is good but if some facilities were broken, it will take a long time for them to repair.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

4 minutes' walk to Isleworth train station, 25 minutes to Clapham Junction and 30 minutes to Waterloo by tain without changing. 15 minutes' drive to Heathrow airpirt and 30 minutes if taking public transportation. 4 minutes' walk to Sainsburys' local and Tesco, 15 minutes' bus from the development gate to Morrisson. 4 minutes' walk to post office and Natwest bank. Many outstanding schools in the area. Walking distance to library, gym and park. 10 minutes' walk to West Middlesex University Hospital and 15 minutes' walk to GP. Chinese restaurant, kebab restaurant, sushi restaurant, cafe, KFC and Mcdonald's, ect all could be accessed easily by walking.

Where the sun moves daytime.

What is the best feature of your home:

I realy like the low density of the development. Not too many residents.

Beautiful design, there are good looking public spaces inside the development but lack of facilities, there is only a bicycle storage. Building management is good, there are cleaners every week but property management is very confusing and not very responsible.

Good environment and neighborhood, convenient access to public transportation.

There is a very good hospital nearby and can barely hear the airplane indoor.

What is the best feature of your home:

Large windows, sufficient lighting and parking lots.

The design of turning building is okay however the quality of it is not so great. I have a balcony as well which is nice. However, the apartment is not so clean especially as I'm on the ground floor of my block.

The area is really quiet as it's a pretty secluded development. However tranport is not so good and there aren't many facilties nearby. Safety is also good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're not very prompt but they do eventually respond.

I wish I knew that the ground floor is actually underground.

No problems at all. Building is maintained really well and the neighbours are problem free. Nice little bit of greenery around the grounds and again well maintained. The flat is spacious for London and very well finished (bought off plan but still noteworthy how nicely finished it is).

Needs more shops in the area, but transport is very good. Quiet, bit of noise from the odd ambulance because it's close to the hospital, and the planes from the airport but you get used to that quickly.

Kitchen is the best, whole flat really well finished.

The look is good and trendy within our development, which makes it very unique. There should be more parking spaces within the area instead of the unnecessary architecture within our development. Overall it's good.

I have always lived in area so I would like it anyways. We are close to everything which is also good. Regular stabbings and shootings
