Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good range of local shops within walking distance. Enjoy the chance for lovely walks especially along the canal and park is nearby. Bus stops are close could do with some type of crossing for busy road especially as the block of apartments I live in is for over 55s. Some traffic noise especially sirens from police/ambulance/fire but that can't be helped and have got use to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Think that canal side ground floor properties seem to have a bit of a problem with minor anti social problems and people using path as short cut.

What is the best feature of your home:

Love being on 2nd floor. Close my door and have everything needed and more. Downstairs entrance is welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of parking spaces, buses close by into walsall and bloxwich, don't really notice the main road, get a lot of cars parking opposite my flat, people smoking or taking drugs or just sitting there for hours, using the fence as a toilet, shops are 2 minute walk along the canal, Walsall a 15 min walk, reedswood park is just around the corner

Nothing except how windy it is on my corner flat, if I would have known I would have asked to have the flat below as it is tge same as mine but has a roof over the whole of the balcony and is more enclosed

What is the best feature of your home:

The rooms are a good size love my living room plenty of light from the windows, and lovely balcony doors with a view of a wooded are so i can sit and watch the birds in the trees , very relaxing, and in the winter I can see the canal, it's peaceful.

Great local high street with decent shops and restaurants and transport links, it’s a quiet and safe estate, really nice development

whole process was great, Lovell went above and beyond to help me get a home and settle in once I moved in

What is the best feature of your home:

Price and interior layout and location were main reasons I chose this home, best feature is probably the design of it
