The development area and property itself was well explained in fine detail by Awais he made sure every aspect in great detail. As English is also our second language Awais explained everything to us in a way which we fully understood what was being explained to us in a polite, respectful and informative way. He is a credit to Lloyds Living and deserve huge amounts of praise for how he explained the repairs processes, amendment processes and how everything works inside and outside of the house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a new build site with minimum neighbours at the moment however very presentable and a really nice feel .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There hasn’t been any issues yet but when we arrived and there weren’t any bins Awais explained to us before we had even asked that they were on order

Wish I knew about the amendment form before moving in

The building and surrounding area are truly remarkable. Both the exterior and interior of the property are beautifully designed and maintained, making it feel luxurious and welcoming from the moment you arrive. It is definitely worth every penny. A special thank you to our property manager, Awais, who has been exceptional throughout our entire experience. From the warm welcome and smooth key handover to the thoughtful gifts he gave us, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, Awais was always quick to respond and resolve them professionally and efficiently. His kindness, dedication, and genuine care for residents make a real difference. As a family, we feel very fortunate to have such a supportive and reliable property manager, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he has done for us. Thankyou

Amazing area. Not too far from anything. Plenty of local shops around which is convenient. The specific area itself is really good, neighbours are fantastic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management was great. We had an issue with the freezer and they dealt with the problem without any trouble.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I would change about these houses is the water metre.
