I would highly recommend Awais for his excellent service and professionalism. He showed us the house we wanted to rent and was incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. Once we were accepted, he personally made sure we received the keys and that everything was in order. Awais genuinely went the extra mile to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was helpful, responsive, and made us feel well looked after from start to finish. His hard work and dedication definitely deserve recognition — and in my opinion, a bonus! Thank you, Awais, for all your help and excellent service.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Estate is quite Serene Transport service is a walk away Well delineated parking space including a garage and a drive way , hence no problem with space for yourselves as well as visitors . Clean environment with clear instructions Away from the road so definitely free of noise The Sales team are also helpful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We were able to get into this property becuse of the promptness of the agent in the person of Awais , such a gentleman. Awais is always on time, was patient , lovely and honest with us and made such he kept to his word . He has a very frieny countenance and was clear in his conversation . His is an excellent agent . It was a pleasure and you made it happen .

None Got clear and honest information from Awais. Also Sabiya one of the other staff was helpful, answered our questions and got to us when stranded.

Awais was absolutely amazing. He was professional, reassuring and answered all of our questions. We were made to feel right at home. He bought us a welcome gift to help us settle in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None as of yet. We haven’t had anything to contact building maintenance about.

The areas itself, the cleanliness, the fresh are and the overall appearance.

we just get from our new house at 5 copley spring road BD46BE and absolutely lovely host from Aways explaining everything wh at we need and so friendly thank you

all perfect on the moment nothing much troubles…….

we get lovely present from Aways my wife get flower and some sweet absolutely lovely feeling

The area is a new build site with minimum neighbours at the moment however very presentable and a really nice feel .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There hasn’t been any issues yet but when we arrived and there weren’t any bins Awais explained to us before we had even asked that they were on order
