Lloyds Living at Whittingham, PR3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is good, plenty of local shops and bars local. A large supermarket is a 5 minute drive. Parking is ample yet some park on the road. It’s very quiet on the estate although some moan about children playing on the play areas?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had an issue that was resolved very quickly l.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a lovely area with lots of nice residents, the house is great and the company are really helpful. They had a meet the residents just the other day with pizza so we got to meet other people we didn’t know and ask any questions

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve lived in Whittingham for 7 years and absolutely love the area. There is a very friendly community and we’ve made some wonderful friends. The area is clean and whilst the estate is new and quite large, the countryside character is still evident. One small gripe is that the local children tend to leave their bikes and toys in the street for sometimes weeks at a time, but kids are kids and so we can ignore that. The local sports and social club is a great facility and a great way to meet and socialise with locals. Always one event or another being promoted!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a maintenance issue which was very quickly resolved once we’d reported it through the app.

I wish I’d known how warm the house would be in the summer! I’d have purchased more fans!!
