The estate is lovely, road isn’t quite finished yet but they are still building so I expect this will follow shortly after so it’s not ruined by construction traffic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been actioned same day and assigned contractors

How awkward energy companies are with setting up solar panels- aside from that Awais covered everything and was very thorough

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a new development, which means all the houses are new built with everything in them that’s why I like the area so much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I tried to call them raising a question about anything through the referencing process they were very professional and helpful

I wish I moved in sooner 😁 we moved in yesterday and I’m already in love with the property

The estate is in a lovely, quiet area with shops and schools nearby, making it very convenient. It's a great location for families and offers a peaceful environment to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I just moved it.I had no problem just yet .

The property is in brilliant location, plenty of shops and restaurants around. The estate has good parking, nice neighbours fab location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any problems. However we know how to report them
