Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the quieter areas of Leith, which is great. Very easy for both of us to commute in and out of the centre but also still close to all of our local bars, restaurants, gyms and boxing club etc. choice of shopping on Leith walk, canonmills, new haven and ocean terminal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Poorly, we’ve been made to wait for phone calls which never happened, poor communication between different members of the team we’ve spoken to and poor communication between the landlord and third party contractors. Jobs being marked as completed when not even started. I usually need to send an email then chase said email to get a response nevermind a solution.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None of the facilities working, id ask to be shown how to use or test everything before moving in.

Easy access to the city, good local shops, good parking. Very close to nice areas for a walk, the park and river mostly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and thoroughly, always following up when needed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I researched the area and company well so was not surprised by much. Though, the area could use some development, there has been a car break in and it’s not very comfortable to walk around at night.

I love my new property the street is very quiet and the everyone round about are fairly new tenants. Location is perfect and public transport is excellent, Bins collection is excellent always room to put rubbish in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Property Management resolved all issues very efficiently

I have all good positive feed back for my new property could not ask for anything better, lovely property and fantastic location.

Great location. Close to shops, close to Bonnington Road and Ferry Road where major buses go by. Lovely and safe location
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues since moving in, but very responsive ahead of my lease being signed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that other tenants wouldn’t be using the yard for their dogs’ litter

Area is good outside Edinburgh, not usual loud other than can hear other tenants above and below, and the other flats beside us

Yes very good at responding to any problems we only have had one so far which is great

Can hear quiet a few doors bang shut form downstairs
