There is shops local walking distance, langold lake which is brilliant for the kids and even just nice for a walk round. Takeaways are local and few pubs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues so I cannot comment on this

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They go through everything with you and show you how everything works just in case as sometimes with new appliances everything can be tricky unless you want to sit reading through a manual for hour which we all hate

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to green spaces. Good access to Doncaster Road. Have to travel into Worksop for conveniences like supermarkets etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We were inducted by a gentleman called Adam who was really helpful and professional. As questions arose later in our first day of moving in, he went out of his way to come down and help us out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property has induction hobs, and so future residents should ensure that they have/obtain pots and pans that are compatible. Also arrange with the council to have your bins arrive for when you move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good with the country park on your doorstep. Supermarkets are 10-15 minutes drive away and village seems nice. No traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were helpful and came back to us to discuss the issues

There is still building work going on so being aware they will be about during the week. They don’t cause disruption though.

There are plenty of local shops there’s a Great Lake close by there’s access to buses schools close by plenty of places to go for a walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have helped with anything we have have needed

Nothing everything has been great Highly recommend

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops around this area are excellent you have a CO-OP down tbh road as well as Langold high street close by and Worksop town centre is 12 minute drive away. Parking is excellent, and the area is very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve raised an issue since moving in and building management have acknowledged them and logged them for action. Communication has been reasonably clear, though the actual fixes are still pending at this stage.

It’s worth comparing the different plots on the development closely before deciding - floor area and layout can vary more than you’d expect, and features like a separate reception room aren’t on every plot.
