It’s close to family, it’s surrounded by working professionals. It’s good location. Good facilities. Clean and spacious. Great size room and garden. Not boxed in by other properties. Good driveways. Good lighting. Quiet area, tooled away. Good outdoor walks. Amazing location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes issues raised so far have been logged. All being completed.

Just general home knowledge due to our first move as previously lived with parents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is fine, haven't experienced much anti social behaviour yet. Not experienced any traffic noise either. Close to many establishments whilst also being secluded enough for a peaceful private life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and immediately arranged appointments to fix any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how many young children were on the surrounding streets as they leave toys and bikes in the road and have no regard for road safety which can be quite frustrating as the parents do nothing and it cheapens the area.
