Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The street is generally quiet and friendly, with good parking availability and regular bin collections. I’ve not experienced any major issues with traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a pleasant and safe place to live overall, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing you don’t notice during a typical viewing is how peaceful and friendly the neighbourhood really is. It’s a welcoming community, and neighbours are respectful and helpful
What is the best feature of your home:
Gas stove and central heating, the downstairs WC is of god size, and sitting in the garden in the evening is our favourite part.

Close to local amenities, you live in the country side but easily reach the city centre in 20 minutes driving! The area is quite and family friendly. Roads are clean.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The ongoing noise and traffic from roadworks, even in Saturday.
What is the best feature of your home:
The house is fully detached, you don't feel like living in a box!

I love this development as we have plenty of parking space and it is a very quiet neighborhood. The bins are collected on time and we dont experience any traffic noise
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish had known how dusty the area would be as they are still carrying out construction works. They used to spray water on the roads to keep the dust settled but they stopped doing that a long time ago one may have to wash their car 7days a week
What is the best feature of your home:
I love our main bedroom it is very spacious and we have a huge backyard.

It’s easy to get to the bus station, and the bus going to the city centre leaves every 10 minutes. There is parking space for everyone, good bike paths as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As it’s a new build, wish I had register my address earlier, as it become difficult to receive packages when the address is not on the map.
What is the best feature of your home:
My best features are the designs, windows, garden, dishwasher, the really big wardrobe with the giant mirrors

I enjoy my area. Perfect location. Great shops, gyms and nearby schools. Also close to city centre.

I think that everything is covered by Lloyds before moving in.

Well built, great customisation and layout. We love that it comes with solar panels.
