Nice neighbourhood with some issues due to the fact that is still in development

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects are the ones related with traffic noise, social behaviour and neighbours. All these aspects are very good and I feel safe in the neighbourhood. On the bad/not so good side I would say that the lack of stores and restaurants and the fact that there are a lot of cars being parked in the main road are the main bad points.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a problem at the beginning that took some time to be solved, but the work was done and everything is great now, so nothing to comment there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of facilities in the area is the main thing I would like to be more aware.

Property manger are good, house built is awful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is fine, most of the time quiet there are some nuisance teenagers about causing a lot of trouble to some neighbours which have resulted in the police coming several times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually get done but can be slow at organising and chased on few occasion when the shower leaked in to the living room

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just be careful with some of the teenager from old estate there are pests

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although not so well sorted by amenities, it's close to my work (JLR) and my wife's work (Woodland Nursery). A local shopping in Lighthorne and an ASDA express at a petrol station in Gaydon serves well for some needs, whilst still need to go to Leamington for restaurant options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not well, takes too long to answer, sometimes never do it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maintenance service takes too long to answer, rent cost renew they were not up to negotiate.

Love the property and the community feel within our block it is a lovely place to live! Property management could be slightly more communicative but overall it’s been great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had to follow up emails a few times so communication could be better

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had a few issues with communication so if this was more clear it would be perfect

Peaceful Location Undermined by Poor Finishes and Motorway Noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are no local shops, restaurants, or bars within walking distance, which limits convenience for day-to-day needs. Transport links are good, with reliable connections between Leamington Spa and Stratford. However, the development’s close proximity to the M40 results in persistent noise pollution, particularly at night. Street parking is generally available, and bin collections are consistent. There is little anti-social behaviour, but the traffic noise is a downside to an otherwise peaceful area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Delayed response to initial request. Then told to wait 30 to have the issue fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extensive motorway noise. New development lack basic services, such as schools and shops.
