Modern building in a fantastic location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our building flat is located in a could de sac street next to the river, very quiet and with little traffic. There are a few local shops nearby, including a Co-op, a bakery, a hairdresser, a greengrocer and some nice cafes. There is a bus stop within a 3 min walk that takes you to Richmond station (underground, overground and national rail services). And Heathrow Airport is less than 20 minutes on a car drive. There have been reports of some antisocial behaviours, late at night, at the end of the street. But I haven't personally noticed them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is quite mediocre in their work, merely doing the minimum necessary.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to know the actual cost of the heating supply, which is considerably more expensive than what it was initially informed.

I really like this area as it’s near the shops and its easy to access.

I absolutely love this building as the community is also very nice.

The landlord is a nice lad i have not had any problems so far.

Great in materials for bathrooms, but at the same time very basic in the kitchen (e.g., flats lack integrated microwave ovens).

I do not have anything special in mind at the moment.

Kitchen items and materials should have been of greater qualities.

Great location on the river Thames in old Isleworth. The noise from the landing aircraft and low mobile signal strength can be irritating at times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had interacted with someone who were already staying in the property to get inputs on after sales issues.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good layout, plenty of natural light and a good location.

Fantastic area for families, right by the River Thames.

garbage bins management- very bad solution that brings disturbances for occupants.

Good location. Good floor installation and heating system.
