Good access to local shops and amenities with good links to other local areas. No negatives in the location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We logged an issue that the fridge had be broken when we took on be property a few days ago. There was an accusatory tone when this was logged and we still await a solution, after a week in the property we are still left without a working fridge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I believe all information was well shared prior to moving in

We chose our area because it has good local shops, is close to the beach, and is very quiet, which makes it peaceful and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t needed to contact the building management, as everything was in perfect condition when we moved in, so there have been no issues to report.

There isn’t anything. Leaf Living provided all of the information so if we weren’t sure on anything we would just refer back to the emails/documents
