The local area is quaint and picturesque with lots of local amenities, pub, coffee shop, supermarket and school just a short walk away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliant throughout! We had a few snags which were addressed quickly.

Everything was covered really well and really informative.

Nothing to report everything seems great the development is nice the village is great as well, plenty of shops parks etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any issues so far but anything we have needed to know has been explained perfectly

Nothing all is perfect the development the property is great

Having lived in Coggeshall before , the selection of pubs, shops and restaurants plus walks are in abundance as they have always been in our opinion

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable for the moment as we have not are not moving in till 20th March.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice and peaceful place. Near the station and the highstreet. Our property is in between Braintree and Colchester. So many amenities at hand

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Its fine but im still waiting for them to check on another issue i have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No issues, I just want the management to check the if they can already repair the storage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is nice and quiet even with the ongoing building works. The neighbourhood is coming along nicely and it's perfectly situated for new families and professionals. The local area is beautiful and local shops are pretty good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and all the work people have been very lovely and experienced. All issues fixed quickly and around our schedule.

Honestly the move in packs were very detailed and everything was laid out for us. Really great.
