Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
- Great location, house clean and very friendly staff with no complications regarding contract. - No bins - had to call and was told this could take 1 calendar month. We shouldn’t be the ones chasing this up. - Consultant handing over keys hadn’t been told several aspects which we asked about
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, all responses have been prompt and with very friendly and professional staff
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had been informed of the fact there are no bins and we will have to order these and wait upto 1 month
