Nice mix of rural and urban very quiet street so far as the development is not fully built yet. Public transport links could be better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Relatively quick. I raised an issue with water pressure which wasn’t resplved but not the landlords fault

Better explained how to set up smart controls on house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve only recently moved in, so we’re still getting to know the area. So far it feels quiet and residential, with a calm atmosphere on the street. Parking has been manageable and the area appears well maintained, with bin collections running as expected. We haven’t experienced any anti-social behaviour or significant traffic noise. We’re still exploring local shops, restaurants and transport links, but initial impressions are positive and it seems convenient for everyday needs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

communication has been clear and professional, and the team seem approachable if anything does arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing we wish we’d known is how helpful it is to have everything ready for move-in day (ID, documents, meter readings, etc.) as things move quickly. Other than that, the process has been smooth and straightforward so far.
