Design of the building is okay, as always in new builds, no focus on storage. Was not updated throughout the build, only saw the house the day before I got the keys. Resolving the endless snagging list was appalling, no care given after sale. Road is now used for site access, builders are noisy, swearing, blocking property access.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, close to retail shopping, has local facilities. Not many green areas as a whole. Looks like a carpark outside peoples houses, not spaced out enough. Antisocial behaviour on the building site and from local neighbour in social housing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly. Ignored, unanswered emails, no care given, not valued after money exchanged. Rushed to finish the build and no through checks of my paid extras.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How unhelpful they would be at resolving the snagging list issues.

The development looks good, all the other surrounding houses look very nice. The local council let the area down, the roads are very poor quality and it will take a long time for bins to be delivered. Despite the negatives I am happy here. It will be much better when building ceases

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the local area, our driveway and street provides ample parking, bins are collected weekly. We are off the main road so are not to disturbed by traffic however some can be heard. We have not had any problems with anti social behaviour other than one occasion when police were called- this is when we were the only house on the street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The aftercare has not been up to scratch, it takes a long time to get any response

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew more about the aftercare and how this worked

A review of the keepmoat kingsfield

The overall design of the development is consistent and to a high standard. The design and mix of building types keeps the area fresh, whilst the varied colours make houses pop. Developing next to other developers keep the building scheme fresh and not too much of the same.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, living in the area is wholly positive. The local amenities are plentiful and very resourceful. The street, at least at night, is very quiet and peaceful. The area on the whole is very friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of storage space is an issue and could be built in and provided for people.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space of the rooms, as well as the off street parking and size of garden.
