Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is very well located with the national railways station just 2 mins away. The building is surrounded by shops, bars and transports. A cons would be that Station road is a very busy road especially with constant ambulances and police sirens.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is very responsive and always keen to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was told that the building is fitted with double glazing windows so soundproofing was good but in reality it's not.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Experience has been good so far, bin area is a bit dirty and always full. Behaviour is fine, traffic noises sometimes disturb.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded to any issues I have raised, addressing maintenance concerns and providing clear communication but sometimes it takes more time than expected
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how warm the building can get during summer months and that good ventilation is important. It’s also helpful to know that maintenance requests sometimes take a few days to be completed. Overall, the community is friendly, and it’s a comfortable place to live once you get settled in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love how close the building is to the station and the general location. Parking availability is very limited and the park spot is too expensive to maintain in the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Some have been very delayed but others have been very quick.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have liked to know about the loud door from the front.
