Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Experience has been good so far, bin area is a bit dirty and always full. Behaviour is fine, traffic noises sometimes disturb.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded to any issues I have raised, addressing maintenance concerns and providing clear communication but sometimes it takes more time than expected

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how warm the building can get during summer months and that good ventilation is important. It’s also helpful to know that maintenance requests sometimes take a few days to be completed. Overall, the community is friendly, and it’s a comfortable place to live once you get settled in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is genuinely great. There are superstores like Tesco and Lidl within walking distance, and the area is clean, well maintained, and peaceful- perfect for someone like me. The only drawback is the train noise which affects my building specifically, as it's situated near railway line. That said, the city centre is just a few bus stops away and easily accessible via public transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The customer service team is great. They follow up with a call if the first one is missed, and any issues need to be raised through their app, which is reasonably convenient. So far, the service has been good, and I hope it continues this way. I believe the app needs to be updated in good time once issues are fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows are triple glazed, so it stays comfortably warm inside. Just a heads up you’ll need to get used to the induction hob if you’re more familiar with cooking on gas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has great access to everything — shops, restaurants, and transport links are all very convenient. The only real downside is parking, which is a serious issue both inside and outside the development and can be quite frustrating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been extremely slow in responding to issues. It usually takes weeks for someone to come and inspect, and months before the problem is actually fixed. Communication is poor and follow-ups are often ignored.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how poor the building management is and how difficult it is to find parking. These issues have been the main sources of frustration since moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rules are made and shared but action not taken against those who don’t follow. Dogs are not kept on leash by a few residents. Need for extra cameras in communal areas and more vigilance. I have seen pets relieving in the meadow and so I have never been to the meadow. Spent over 2 years and great experience overall. Nice people, nice neighbours, good community, management cooperates and that’s important. 2 years spent like we came yesterday.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues raised gets a response in a day. Majority of them gets sorted and remaining stay as they were.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were 1 bedroom apartments available at that time 😂

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: new buildings with great quality of doors and windows. Good transportation to city centre and great access to canals. Bad: restricted parking area and not enough parkings for all residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, whenever we have any issue we can easily call or raise an issue in the app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is company where is close to this neighborhood and that is super noisy during week days.
