I love how close the building is to the station and the general location. Parking availability is very limited and the park spot is too expensive to maintain in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some have been very delayed but others have been very quick.

Would have liked to know about the loud door from the front.

Safe and calm neighbourhood, short walking distance to station, feel very safe even walking home at night. Also, the bin collections inside the building is nice, so we don't have to walk outdoor for disposal. But just it needs to be cleaned up more often since few days ago there were full of boxes and bin bags stuck, almost not able to open the door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have an internal application for us, which is cool. Since we can raise our concerns or issues there, and they respond quickly on the chat to sort things out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pretty recommend to move in, to become neighbours!

The good aspect is easy access to gym and tube and Sainsbury. The bad aspect is that streets are not always clean in this area!!

Not fast enough!! I usually have to call to follow up

That this is not a very safe area, I had my packages stolen!

The location is great Train station at a walking distance of 5-7 mints and bus station 2-3 mints. All stores are nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond very well. Resolve the issues, but time to resolve issues can be made better.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know that I will not have to sort the garbage. One of the best things in the building is that we put all type of garbage together and its not sorted by us into separate types of bins.

The building’s maintenance and cleanliness, as well as its order and discipline, are in a disastrous state. The flower beds around the building are all dried up, which is truly disappointing. In terms of hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance, it deserves a very low score.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re not very prompt in responding, but we need to be a bit patient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was expecting much stronger maintenance, better discipline, and more attention to the building’s appearance
