Unfortunately Can’t score any higher, the tenants are smoke weed and it comes through the ventilation system.

Modern new developments in Kidbrooke near the station

What is the best feature of your home:

The flat itself is nice and spacious 2 bedrooms, unfortunately very hard to live in it with the smell

There’s plenty of shops around in the area, transport is very local, parking isn’t great at all. Everything else is good!

It’s a lovely quiet area and never any drama, you feel safe in the area only downfall is issues with the water quite frequently

What is the best feature of your home:

My best feature is my balcony as it’s very safe for kids and also the layout of my front room and kitchen

I think where we live is good location for shops. Parking is the issue especially for blue badge holders. It’s discriminatory to have no parking for blue badge holders. My dad has got tickets even thought displaying a blue badge

About the venting system. Health and safety is at risk now due to frequent exposure to cannabis and tobacco inside our home

What is the best feature of your home:

The design. The flat looks great. Great view. Only issue is the vent system

The area benefits from superb transport links into the city and local bus links. There is a range of supermarkets to select from, however, the area could do with more restaurants, independent stores, cafés and bars. Parking is almost non existent for residents and anti social behaviour can be a nuisance. There are lots of parks and open spaces nearby with medium levels of traffic

Honest communication on parking and nearby building works.

View from our floor, location and local amenities. The transport links are excellent and so are the nearby parks

Good—Quick response and they keep it clean , transportation network works well for me Bad— no parking

The kitchen is a plan open! And no parking! , however the free place to park

The view is beautiful!and cosy Great place to leave!
