Excellent location right on the edge of Boston but close enough to supermarkets and local shops. 2 parking spaces

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All we have to do is raise the issue online and it gets dealt with asap. For emergencies, we can call the directly and they get it sorted straight away

The parking spaces are not solid, they are made up of loose stones which is annoying

Good: no traffic noise, silent, good locality Bad: narrow parking space, no EV charger provided otherwise ok

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, prompt response and early intervention done. Agreed with my problem.

No EV charging facility available, they told on phone will provide, but not done

Shops are close by and easily accessible with great transportation options also within walking and short driving distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very quick and precise if I needed any problems solving

There isn’t anything that I wish I’d have have known

I love the fact that we’re not in the city centre, we’re surrounded by fields and trees, it’s very peaceful and quiet

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always sorted everything in time . Never had any issues with them

Consul houses opposite the street one bad thing that wasn’t mentioned before we moved in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to big Asda and I really love the fact that it is quiet and that the woods are nearby. Not far from the country park either. The river is nearby which is also nice. Parking is fine but it would be nice if the spaces outside the houses were bigger. Bin collections fine traffic noise excellent as it is minimal and no bad behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty well, usually quite fast replies and sorting out. Bit annoying when contractors show up without getting in touch first but that’s not your fault. Sometimes things need to be chased but for the most part very good.

Parking spots size as cars are big and spots are small and bedroom size for beds and furniture is tight
