Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a really central location. Great transport links and easy for commuting to lots of areas. It can be a busy road as it's near a school but that only affects us at certain times. There is limited visitor parking which is definitely an issue and since the development they have changed street parking rules also which is annoying for when you want guests over.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded well. As mentioned the issue we have is with the quality of the contractors work but this is no reflection on the management themselves.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we would have known there were plans to change the parking restrictions outside the flats. We only found out the change the day we moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
5min walk from local town centre with access to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Park across the road with plenty of green space. Bad aspects, the street parking had parking restrictions of 3hrs put up when the block of flats were built, before that there was no restrictions this is very frustrating to find suitable parking for visitors or if you have more than one vehicle.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repairs are easy to report and are followed up. Communication is good and overall happy with the way things are dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
1 parking space, when we viewed the flat there were no restrictions to on street parking. The week before we moved in the council put up restrictions. Very inconvenient.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Shops, supermarkets, schools, and medical services are easy to reach There is a big park opposite to the building, making it enjoyable for families and outdoor activities
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall, management does make an effort to resolve concerns, but greater consistency and more proactive communication would lead to a better experience for residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how long certain repairs and maintenance requests can take to be resolved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really good. The building is opposite to car bank park so the view of the park and nature is just out your window. Lovely staff who are always happy to help. Downside is the price that keeps going up however it is understandable with the living cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sometimes it takes a long time for them to answer emails and schedule a repair.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The “every six month inspections” however they are always good and not take too much time. Landlord is always happy to reschedule to meet the work/ shifts of the tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lovely quite area, the down side is on ground floor there's no doors to open outside so gets really stuffy. Lovely little apartment close to town no charge for parking loads of room.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There's always someone on hand, I did have an issue with post as not very secure but just get parcels sent to local shop.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How hot it gets in the apartment it needs better ventilation. The gates don't close.
