Living in Hove has been a wonderful experience. The area has a great mix of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, all within easy walking distance. There are also beautiful open spaces and the beach nearby, which makes it feel vibrant yet relaxed. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses and train services into Brighton and beyond. The street itself is peaceful, well maintained, and feels very safe. Parking and bin collections are well managed, and it’s lovely and quiet. It’s a lovely place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved in, the door would slam shut, but the building management responded very quickly and arranged a prompt repair. Their communication and efficiency were excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known just how friendly and welcoming the community here is — it would have made the move even more exciting! Also, a small tip for new neighbours: take time to explore all the shared facilities early on, as they really add to the living experience. Everything is so well designed and maintained.

Walking distance from the beach and Hove Station. We do not have a parking space but we’ve managed to use your parking space to rent a spot and also park nearby in the evenings out of permit times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we raised a couple of issues, all were fixed very quickly within the hour via the App.

The local area is very convenient with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés close by. Public transport is easy to access, and there are lovely parks and open spaces within walking distance. It feels safe and welcoming, with a friendly community atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded quickly and effectively whenever an issue has come up. Communication is clear, and they make sure that repairs or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Their efficiency and professionalism give great peace of mind as a resident.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the nicest surprises has been how friendly and supportive the management team and community are. It’s not just a modern development but also a place where the staff genuinely care about residents. Knowing how attentive the team is would have made the decision to move in even easier.

The location is perfect, fairly secluded so nice and quiet , but only 15 mins walk from the beach and 30 mins to central Brighton

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenence queries were responded to and dealt with the same day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cost of parking in Brighton! Spaces are limited but managed to find somewhere on JustPark as the on site parking has a waitlist currently

There are plenty of shops nearby and the transport is great, having a bus stop just outside and very near the station too.

Helped immediately when I’ve asked for advice on things.

They have bin chutes! I didn't know about this before I moved - super handy!
