Great for station and the beach, loads of supermarkets close by too! There’s a fair bit of traffic for a couple of the blocks but nothing bad

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Almost instantly, they even will paint and make alterations that they put right at the end of the tenancy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on your block there is some noise pollution from train/traffic/local building work. That and lack of air con!

Location isn’t awful. There are shops close by (Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose). Good transport links (Bus) and Hove station is a 10 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Historically OK, more recently, with hesitancy. The blame is always on the supplier/ builder.

Dear John Doe Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations. We take concerns around cleanliness, maintenance, and resident support very seriously. The issues you have raised regarding communal areas, waste management, and the condition of Block 4 are disappointing to hear, and we understand the frustration this has caused. I can share that the waste management we are liaising with the council to ensure they stay on schedule and support residents ensuring the correct waste disposal. The communal area has been raised with our defect team and we are escalating this to get this sorted soonest. Please do come and speak to us directly if there are any other concerns so we can resolve these in a timely manner. We also recognise your concerns about staffing levels and communication. While there have been recent operational changes, this should never result in residents feeling unsupported or dismissed when asking for assistance. Providing a welcoming and responsive service remains important to us, and we appreciate your honesty in highlighting where you feel we have fallen short. We are pleased to hear that you value the location and transport links, but we understand this alone does not outweigh the issues you have experienced within the building itself. Thank you again for your candid feedback. Resident comments are important in helping us identify areas where improvements are needed, and we are committed to continuing to address these concerns.

Shannon is wonderful member of staff. She works so hard and will always go above and beyond every single day - all the staff are exceptional. They will take care of your needs. I feel fully supported and cared for. Thank you Moda!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately an issue is dealt with or responded to - if something needs to be looked at there is always someone on hand with the know and know how. Larger maintenance issues are dealt with very quickly so not to inconvenience residents etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Knowing more re gardening groups etc I feel unless one is on the app you wouldn’t be aware. I tend not to use the app and have had problems with my phone so be good to have another way to access groups or messages etc

Really enjoyed living in Hove, the local pubs in particular are great and it's just a short drive up to Devil's Dyke with great walks

Any problems were submitted on the app, and were quickly responded to and resolved

No further comments to add, overall a very pleasant place to live

I really enjoy the local area – there’s a great mix of shops, restaurants and cafés within easy reach, and plenty of green spaces for walks, especially in the evenings with my dogs. Transport links are convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around. The street itself is quiet and feels safe, with minimal traffic noise. Overall, it’s a very pleasant and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have any issue. Fingers cross I won't . .

Nothing to share at this stage. Eveything is going very well.
