Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Moda is perfectly located in Hove not far from the lovely restaurants and bars and transport links. A few minutes away is the beautiful Hove Park which is ideal for walking our dogs. Hove train station is less than 10 min walk, and there is a bus stop practically outside the entrance to Moda. Moda is located immediately next to the train line, but honestly, the sound of the trains passing really doesnt bother or disturb us at all. The apartment glazing shuts out the outside noise extremely well and the apartments are soundproofed from each other so apart from in the corridors, you do not hear and thing from anyone else.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are on a waiting list currently for the maintenence team to put some pictures up for us. We are hoping the wait wont be too long.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is probably the only challenge, not so much for residents if they pay for a parking space, but for visitors, there are only a handful of spaces privately controlled, available to pay for 12 or 24 hours. There needs to be more visitor parking and flexible on hours to stay.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

After living in Central Brighton for 12 years me and my best friend have moved to Hove and it’s been such a great change! The roads are much quieter, I used to hear constant drunk people and sirens and I’ve been here a week and don’t think I’ve heard one! The bus stops and train station are close so it is easy to get back into town!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are yet to have any issues, we have had a couple Of questions but neighbours have been nice enough to help with that on a group chat!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known about the roof terrace and the parcel room; these are 2 really cool features which I wasn’t shown on my first tour!

Moda is central to all places, get transport links and great location. The community is a great place to live I would 100% recommend lining here. I love MODA

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance team and concierge Mike is amazing always helpful and friendly

Mike at front of house is amazing, friendly and great person. He is always happy and smiling and helps everyone. Mike is the best

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I enjoyed the vast open spaces, kept very clean and tidy. I haven’t explored the local facilities. Aldi and Lidl. Are a few minutes walk away, which was very useful.. I don’t think that the car parks are not enough in number.there should be a dedicated car park for each apartment. Charging visitors for parking is not right in my view..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raked any issues or problems. I requested a car park and was allocated one within two weeks. I am grateful for that.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We had pretty good idea of what to expect. We didn’t view the place before we moved in. Our daughter, who lives in Hove, viewed it a couple of times and gave us a very good description of what we could expect. And everything was as we expected

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hove Central is in a really convenient area with a good selection of everyday amenities nearby. There are supermarkets and local shops within walking distance, as well as plenty of cafés, restaurants and places to go out around Hove. Hove Park is also close by, which is great for walking, exercising or simply getting some fresh air. Transport is one of the biggest advantages of the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I have raised. They are friendly, helpful and make sure problems are resolved efficiently.

Everything I need is close by, the transport links are excellent, and the building is well managed. I have had a very positive experience and there have been no major surprises or problems.
