Feels really private but close to amenities, station and town but also able to get to main road and motorway easily

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have quickly and easily amended all issues and with a smile and courtesy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s better than I hoped it would be. I feel very much at home.

Seagulls are bad…beach is great! Restaurants, pubs, so much life happening both in Brighton and Hove!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and resolved quickly. Minor dishwasher and hot water issues

All the cool people here. The events, the space, the amenities

Private yet only minutes away from numerous local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, the seafront, and Hove train station. Noise within and around development is minimal, waste collection service is great however, parking availability could be improved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Proactive, friendly and very responsive service provided. Physical presence often seen on site.

Parking area poorly designed for resident/visitors

What I like most are the shared spaces (gym, games room, cinema, etc.) and the high quality of the facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any query I’ve had has been resolved straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were trolleys available to make moving in and carrying boxes much easier, which was really helpful and convenient.

Good area, nice people Apartment is a very good size and facilities are really good as well. Great transport links.

All of the issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently

Wind is a bit much between the buildings but you can’t change the weather!
