Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think there is a lot of good we’re close to the train station, the south downs and seafront and the bus seripvice is great. Traffic isn’t too much of an issue but we have a Waitrose and M&S nearby and well located and really nice pubs in pets corner that have some great menus. I was born on Sackville road and I wouldn’t have moved in if I thought there was an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Immediately, they have been very quick to respond and I have had the issues dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To be honest I would have thought the commercial spaces would be open now, it would be interesting to know what’s coming for example and coffee shop, convinced store etc.

I love living at Moda. As a foreigner who’s just moved to England, this location, the management, and the people who live here have made this a wonderful experience . The only struggle I have had with the facility is the heating outages that have happened frequently. It can be inconvenient at times but they definitely do a great job of trying to turn the situation around quickly. I also feel there should be little less strict when it comes to how we let guests into the building. We should be able to buzz them in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the do respond quickly and try to take care of any concerns I have in a quick and efficient manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been nice to know that there would be some permitters on who we can admit people into the building.

My partner and I moved in a month ago and we can’t fault the apartment block, management service and team and the concierge / reception team. Special shout out to Agne who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everybody is happy and any issues resolved very quickly. She helped me to throw a surprise baby shower for my sister & it was the perfect day thanks to the support of the reception team.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely quickly. Within 24 hrs both times and both guys who came to the flat were very nice , chatty and friendly .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We are super happy and honestly can’t find one fault … we wish the station was a tiny tiny bit closer but that’s just us being lazy maybe! Parking feels very expensive on site , especially for long term residents who are paying premiums so we opted to park at the station which saves us quite a lot every month. How the parking works could have been explained a little clearer beforehand as up until we moved in , we were unclear as to whether there was spaces available / how much they cost and how to reserve them, I know quite a few other residents are in the same boat!

Great location - short walk from Hove station. Nearby convenience store. Parking is quite expensive. Otherwise no complaints
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always promptly respond to any issues raised - e.g. water shutting off, someone parking in your spot inappropriately

Parcel collection times can be a little inconvenient

I think the area is ideal, close to shops, parks and regular buses right out side the door. Lots of supermarkets are a very short walk and it's great to have Hove Station so close too for commuting.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been quick to respond and helpful if I've had anything I need support with.

Nothing, I was clear on everything. I think it needs more guest carparks.
