The area is packed with shops, supermarkets and bars. The Hove Park is also super close, and there are plenty of bus stops around that help to move around the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and always sending the right person. Whenever I had to contact management, they message me back quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew before that we had so many supermarkets close to the house. On the other hand, having workers all day is a bit of a nuisance, however I understand that it won't last for long.

The surrounding areas and facilities are amazing, the sea is only down the road with lovely bars and restaurants at a short distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reporting an issue for maintenance get resolved and they are always very helpful

Knew more about amenity bookings as they do get quite booked.

There is no bad aspects of living at Hove Central/Hove in general, it has local restaurants/bars/schools/lots of supermarkets!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues personally since being here but anything int the communal area's that have issues they keep us updated.

It's an interesting and evolving area. The shops are more than adequate including an almost 24/7 convenience store and Waitrose. The buses are very good, and Hove Station is an easy walk. Local food outlets are quite limited, but presumably this will change as regeneration of the area continues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes eg problems with a window, with the shower, and with switching the water back on.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wasn't sure what to expect from the "Concierge" but they have all been great.

Well situated in Hove near local shops, pubs and restaurants. The development is very quiet in the evenings, and despite being near the train line the trains cannot be heard when the windows are closed. The only downside is the lack of parking space, and what is available is quite expensive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues to date that have required maintenance response, everything here is new and just works like it should

Parking spaces within the development are quite hard to secure
