Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, along with lovely restaurants, bars and shops, and the convenient shops of George Street. Amazing transport links with being right by Hove Station, good bus routes and a short cycle ride to the seafront with cycle paths right along the front, though I would like to see the council install cycle lanes on Sackville Road as it's quite a busy road. Beautiful Hove park just round the corner. My flat is so quiet! Great soundproofing. And with the South Downs a short accessible distance in one direction, and the gorgeous Hove promenade in the other, you can't go wrong - I love this location!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
My post key couldn't be found at the beginning, but Ellie, Agne and Katja were excellent in keeping me updated about getting the new key cut.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They have flatbed removal trolleys which you can borrow to help move your stuff in!

The MODA site is in a great location in Hove. It’s a ten minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the Main Street in Hove and a 15 minute walk to the sea. A shopping site including Lidl is just behind the site making it easy to get food and things for the flat. You also got hove park nearby which is great for afternoon walks!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is always quick to respond to any problems and provide me with answers and inform me of what happens next.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was pleasantly surprised by the number of things out on by the mods staff. This includes the individual film showings and the events such as the DJ that came to the site.

Honestly the best choice i've ever made, its quiet, clean and tidy. Transport links are amazing with Hove station only a 5 minute walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always friendly, pro active and quick to respond to any urgent request.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just how easy it would be. Small issue being the unitliy setup not being in place ready for move in but that's not a huge issue

Location is brilliant, parking is poor but this was explained to me when I viewed the property. So I have no complaints.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, with lies. I was told that they did not know the block had issues with hot water when I signed the rental contract. People continued to lie, until a the receptionist told me they were 'dreading' opening the third block because one and two have no hot water. I have also asked multiple times to come out the rental contract if Moda can't supply hot water. These requests were ignored.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I was told the truth about the hot water I would have never agreed to move in. Moda keep this a secret.

There could be extra terraces in the other buildings just like the main building. Parking is too expensive, maybe a little less expensive (cost of living is high) Easy transport links, 10 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you straight into the city centre
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded very quickly within 30 minutes of making a repot and issue was resolved straight away.

The Council Tax Band before moving in., for budget purposes
