Good development but horrible buying experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is calm area, not noise from trains, underground or etc. A few minutes walk you are next to the nice river and green area to walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I have searched more, especially not new builds. Especially from other than Berkely. The prices the do doesn't worth it. Also they are not supportive at all.

What is the best feature of your home:

My view. I'm in 10th floor and I have a good view.
