Excellent location due to being located only a few mins away from the A46 this gives you quick access to loads of places making most journeys short and efficient!

Any issues we have had were handled extremely well! No complaints at all!

Order your bins from the council as soon as possible.

The area is convenient for my needs. Close to major routes that I need and shops are close by.

I would have a proper shower in the main bathroom. It is barely used because it is not practical.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This development is close to Beaumont Leys shopping centre which has a variety of shops. Part of Charnwood Borough Council, the bin collection has been great, no issues there. Traffic noise is constant as this development backs onto the A46 which is a dual carriageway. I have 2 allocated car parking spaces, the neighbours children do not respect this area as part of my property and play ball games in this communal driveway....this development would hugely benefit from a children's playground.

Unsure as to what the service charge actually covers.

Nice garden, bedrooms are equal in size and happy it includes downstairs wc
