Amazing is the facilities of where I live Only con is it’s a parking free area but also a pro at the same time The station is close by so I love that - never feel like I need to rush Being in town is a plus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They come and help asap, the 24/7 security is so nice. And the security guard is always there to help always checking around to make sure everything is okay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe wish the whole online app + online payment booking system was sorted out before move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good lots of local shops bars and restaurants are around. Parking can be hit or miss but overall a really good location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raised the issue of missing gym equipment and have been told they will look into it. No further updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is not really in a state for occupancy at the moment - it feels a very rushed process. I feel if they had a few more months to prep things would have gone alot smoother.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect; very accessible to the town centre and to the train station. The street is never too busy either, so no noise issues with neighbours. A great area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I reported an issue with one of the sockets in my room on arrival it was handled very professionally and quickly rectified.

I wish I’d known how great the facilities really were, it’s such a blessing having everything so easily accessible.

Close to high street, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Close to bus and train stations Quiet safe area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You get a Quick response to any queries and friendly staff.

Don’t buy vacuum cleaners, irons or any bulky appliances as all are available to borrow
