Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is perfect because it is only a short 1‑minute walk right into the town centre. I have everything I need very close by: shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways are all just around the corner. There are also nice small parks and open spaces nearby. Buses and trains are very easy to reach and run often, so getting around is simple. Bin collections are reliable, the street is quiet and peaceful, and there is very little noise or trouble here at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have contacted management about any issue, they reply very quickly and politely. They always listen carefully and arrange for repairs or fixes to be done as soon as possible. Nothing has ever been left unresolved, and I feel they take good care of the building and the people living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how perfect the location really is being only a short walk into the town centre makes everything so easy. It is also much quieter, safer and better looked‑after than I expected, which has been a really nice surprise. I would tell anyone new that this is a great place to live.

i feel very safe in this area. there is a 24 hour concierge who help with any issues. the shops near by are so helpful, with a wide range of restaurants and retail shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

any issues there are, i tell the management team and they respond within a good time. the issue is sorted within the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i knew not to be nervous to move somewhere new as everyone is so lovely.

The local area is excellent, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and green spaces nearby. Public transport links are reliable and convenient, and the street is generally quiet, clean, and well maintained with regular bin collections and good parking availability.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has responded quickly and professionally to every issue I have raised, with clear communication and effective solutions.

The development is very well managed, and any minor issues are resolved quickly, making day-to-day living much easier and more enjoyable.

Amazing place, great facilities, great location, and great management. I am so glad I chose Guilford Plaza.

They responded quickly through WhatsApp messages and there wasn’t any issue

Great, safe, location with easy access to transport links, shops, restaurants and pubs. The only downside so far is the absence of residential parking facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. Slight delays sometimes but eventually questions are attended to courteously and with patience.

Most aspects about the property and facilities were explained reasonably well and with transparency.
