Guildford is great, really close to london, beautiful places to visit if you love outdoors. Very peacfull town and plently to do

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I report my problems (both personal, physcial, emotional and spiritual) and any maintenance issues get solved so quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how lovely the team are like stacey molly lottie and sarah, and toby is fine too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

i love the food and the shops near by. i get takeout food often so the location is perfect. i travel up to london occasionally so it is super convenient and close to the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

i raise issues via whatsapp or through concierge. these get dealt with within 4 days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish i knew how great the events would be, i wasn’t expecting it to be so inviting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location, which was definitely one of the main reasons I chose to move here. It’s only a short walk from excellent transport links, including bus stops and the train station. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and food options nearby, which makes day-to-day living very convenient. The area itself is peaceful, and I’ve found the people to be very friendly and welcoming. The only downside I would mention is the traffic during rush hour, particularly if you drive. However, this isn’t really an issue if you use public transport, as the transport links are excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have always been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve raised an issue. They are quick to acknowledge any problems and make every effort to resolve them as soon as possible. Communication has always been clear and professional, and I’ve generally been very happy with the way any issues have been handled.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how busy the surrounding roads can get during peak times. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised by the location, facilities and overall standard of the development. The transport links are excellent, so the traffic is much less of an issue if you don’t drive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Guildford is a great place to live, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and green spaces within easy reach. Transport connections are very convenient and the town centre has pretty much everything you need. It can get busy with traffic at peak times, but overall the location is extremely convenient and feels like a very pleasant area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have always been approachable and responsive whenever I have had a question or raised an issue. Communication has been clear and professional, and there is a genuine willingness to listen and get things resolved rather than simply acknowledging a concern and leaving it there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I probably underestimated how much I would actually use and appreciate the communal facilities. Having the gym, co-working spaces, cinema, lounges and other shared areas within the development makes a real difference, particularly if you work from home or simply want somewhere other than your apartment to relax. I would definitely recommend taking the time during a viewing to look around all of the facilities rather than only focusing on the apartment itself.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I picked this location because it was near the town centre - you are basically on the doorstep of town. There's a nice couple of pubs near the entrance, but you won't hear the noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance guys are fantastic and very polite (they always agree a time for any fixes), but they are run off their feet a lot

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You need to have a mobile phone as there are multiple different apps (like laundry and digital key). But Toby on the concierge was really helpful with helping setting things up
