Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Located at the heart of CV1, it makes shopping extremely accessible considering the proximity to grocery stores and also to Lower Precinct. There is very minimal traffic because the road outside is now a Taxi-only road. Public transport is also extremely accessible (5 mins walk to the Coventry train station & the bus stop is right outside the building).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues so far and it has been pleasant.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would’ve liked to know the average bills per month.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a bus stop outside which takes me straight to work and it is super easy to walk into town making it super convenient. Everything I need is in town and I get my food shop delivered straight here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had some minor problems when I first moved in and they were fixed almost immediately!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When moving in I didn't have a car so it was a little difficult. My parents were able to park on queen victoria road instead to avoid the bus gate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is fantastic, with plenty of shops, parks, and good transport links nearby. It’s a quiet, safe, and friendly neighbourhood, making it a great place to live. There are lots of amenities within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve only recently moved into the building, so I haven’t had any significant issues to raise with the management yet. So far, the move-in process has been smooth, and the team has been helpful and responsive to the questions I’ve asked.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the storage space is more limited than I expected. The cupboards, particularly in the kitchen, are quite small, so there isn’t as much room for storing household items as I would have liked.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient, especially being close to Coventry city centre. There are a good range of shops, restaurants, cafés and everyday essentials nearby, which makes settling in much easier. Transport links are also very accessible, with good connections around the city and to nearby areas. So far, the street feels practical and well located, with bin access and building information clearly explained. Overall, it seems like a good area for someone moving to Coventry.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had to raise any major issues so far, but communication from the building management team has been clear, helpful and responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I would mention is that the move-in information is very helpful, especially the welcome pack, bin/postbox access details and guidance on utilities. It is worth reading everything carefully when you move in and checking the inventory properly, as it makes settling in much easier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to the mall and local shop/restaurants. Easy bus access. Quieter side of the city center with less noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick response to any issues! They came the next day when I had an issue with the boiler.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Building gets very cold in winters. Requires more heating
