Pretty good place to live.

The apartments are modern and pretty spacious. Most have balconies. The one I lived in was also really well insulated, so it was super quiet inside with the windows shut, and kept the heat really well in winter. The estate service charges are really quite high, but at least the communal hot water is really cheap, so combined with the insulation means heating the flat cost next to nothing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development feels safe, and is quite convenient a location: there's a mini Sainsbury's, a small resident's gym, and a coffee shop on site, you're within 15-20 minute's walk of a big supermarket, and 5 minute's walk of a big park. Transport wise, the train station and Piccadilly line are within walking distance, and there are buses that go right by. The only negative is the highway - it's very noisy, even late at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's hard to find the various buildings on google maps - prepare to offer detailed directions to every delivery driver.

What is the best feature of your home:

Insulation. The double glazing is excellent quality, and keeps out the noise from the elevated highway.

The best Estate !

Karolina S. (Tenant)

Sept 2019

Renting the apartment with massive balcony from July and love everything about that estate. It’s safe, quiet and clean! Also, we do have private gym, not the biggest one but still we can use it with our home fob only. Moreover, location and transport is very good Kew Bridge, Brentford, South Ealing and Gunnersbury Station is literally 10 minutes away from the Estate. Concierge is also very helpful! Highly recommend!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walls are very thin therefore we can hear neighbours especially early morning or evenings.

When i first moved in it wasn't the best but over time it has improved. The security here is good as at one point there were people smoking marijuana. The concierge is excellent and very friendly and there is a convenience store nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area such as the green areas but there are complaints from residents about dogs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice and clean area

The area is fine. I have lived here for 10 years. The transport is good and the area is clean and well kept. The management however is very bad as they don't really care about the residents. It can also be noisy due to the buses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has a lot of stuff like Sainsbury's and Tesco but it can be noisy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing noisy because it is next to the great west

I've moved here 5 years ago but the flat price is increasing. It is quite expensive for council tax. Generally it is nice area with good security but there were instances of people breaking car windows.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a closed area but there are many people smoking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
