Excellent location either way easy transport links and close excellent shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They rarely do!!!! We only get a response following us chasing and chasing and threatening a formal complaint,

How dreadful Southern housing are in terms of a managing agent

Super close to buses with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Bins sometimes remain overflowing for days

Storage storage storage. Ensure you buy loads because there is none

No radiators and temperature can be controlled in each room

Lovely location, was a lovely building but left to rot by SH, looking tatty from the outside due to lack of any sort of basic maintenance

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location for shops, bars and restaurants, and obviously the lawns and seafront!! quieter than living in the city, but close enough to walk in. Bin collections have been very hit and miss, it's not been properly set up between SH & the council, Black bins are ok, but the recycling is not registered for collection as such, just an ad hoc system if we check on line, but on the whole they do eventually empty them
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management ? is this the SH home ownership manager? we have now actually got one after 2.5 years, the process of emailing the "service centre" and they pass whatever on is very slow, we might get an acknowledgement if we are lucky, then it disappears and you get told someone should be in touch within 10 working days, we don't have direct contact with our ownership manager and this can be very frustrating when trying to get some communication going on resolving issues, its like shouting into a massive void and getting something back is rare. It would be helpful at least if like the repairs button on the portal each issue raised was given a reference number and its assigned to a team that gets in touch to deal with it. So on the whole building management is very slow, difficult, frustrating.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
SH communication on most things has been very poor, there are one or two people that stand out as really trying to help, Hannah Hunter, Lisa Strudwick, Johanna Winch have really tried to help. Lack of information available, i'm still trying to get hold of all the commissioning documents especially for our heat pump and heating system, there is a list of info that should be provided for MCS certification but to date know one knows where these are!!
What is the best feature of your home:
The location, the views, and the actual flat we really like, the building, with the correct maintenance could improve, once the balcony railings etc are sorted, a little TLC would greatly improve and keep what should be a nice new looking building, nice!

Amazing development, great tenants, 2 mins from the beach and only 5 mins from all the local shops and restaurant's / bars Hove has to offer. Only 30 min walk to Brighton and 15 min walk to Hove stations.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there was no mobile signal in the building. The travel policy is impossible to claim back on, we were promised £150 towards a bike and an annual bus pass, but to date I have had no response from SH.
What is the best feature of your home:
Location and high spec energy efficient, modern, courtyard and communal areas are great.

I can not fault the location. We are a stones throw away from the beach, on a bus route and the local shops range from a Medical Centre, pharmacies, dentists, convenience stores local butcher through to a Tesco and a CO-OP. There are plenty of eateries to suit everyone's taste or dietary needs. Also the local pubs / watering holes also serve food

We don't know which company installed the various fittings, so getting exact replacements is proving quite difficult
What is the best feature of your home:
We are on the 7th floor so the view from our balcony over the sea and Brighton is so relaxing,
