Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Gramercy Tower is a great place to live with fantastic views over the city and the best roof terrace I’ve seen. We’re within 5 to 10 minute walk of bars, restaurants and shops of Cardiff city centre and across the road from Cardiff train station. No regrets for moving here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised an issue when I first moved bed in and they responded immediately. Offering support throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The well thought out lay out of the apartments means it’s a quiet space. I hardly ever hear my neighbours

Being so close to the center there are so many different shops and bars from all over the world, such a central place for a diverse culture

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management are so sweet and helpful and are always happy to help when needed

How friendly the staff are and how useful theyre to everything we need , from offering support and locations to go for walks and places to eat

Gramercy Tower is ideally situated in CF10, right in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The location is outstanding — everything you need is within easy walking distance, including Cardiff Central railway station, excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area is vibrant and well-connected, making commuting and day-to-day life very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They are highly responsive and proactive in resolving any concerns, making for a very smooth and stress-free living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how good the roof terraces and the views would be — it would have made the decision to move in even easier! The co-working space is also a fantastic facility that I didn't fully appreciate until I started using it regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Gramercy Tower has been really convenient for day-to-day life because everything in Cardiff city centre is within walking distance. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, so I rarely need to travel far. I like being close to Bute Park when I want some green space or a quieter walk. Transport links are great, with Cardiff Central station and regular buses close by, which makes commuting easy. Because it’s a central area, it can get busy and there is sometimes traffic or nightlife noise, especially in the evenings. Parking can also be limited, but bin collections are regular and overall the area feels lively and well connected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had a positive experience with the maintenance team. Whenever an issue has come up, they’ve responded quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved problems effectively. Repairs have been completed to a good standard and with minimal disruption, which has made living here feel stress-free, well supported, and well looked after overall.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think there is anything I wish I had known before I moved here, even if there are problems or issues with the building, the Gramercy Team goes above and beyond to fix it and make sure we’ve got everything we need.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is right in the city centre with loads of great shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Cardiff Central station is close by, so transport links are really convenient. The main downside is parking, as there’s no on-site option, so having a car can be tricky

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication is clear, problems are dealt with, and the team are friendly and approachable.

I’d also say it’s important to plan ahead if you have a car, as there’s no on site parking. If you have a pet, you’ll fit right in
