Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Don’t trust this company they will lie to you. The director of customer services does not know how to tell the truth he gives car salesmen a bad name! His regional director is also a compulsive liar and would not know the truth if it jumped up and hit him in the face. The company will take your money and then treat you like something they walked in. Don’t be fooled by the nice new house, check all the small print and use your own solicitors not the ones they suggest. These people are crooks and will tell you one thing and sell you another. They will not resolve any issues you have and will not respect you as an individual. Be warned this company has really poor customer service and senior management that will lie to you.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have lied to my face at my door step, very poor customer service.

Use your own solicitor and not the one they recommend, check all the small print and plans and any questions you as back up in writing.
