Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Absolutely love the property. The area is coming together very nice & it’s lovely to see it grow. My concern is the ignorant people who park right opposite your driveway & leave their drive empty, the road is very narrow, we are o.k but I do feel sorry for my neighbour who lives opposite a set of semi detached properties , there’s is one house that park both their vehicles right opposite & they really struggle to get in/out…nothing in their drive at all but seem to want to get peoples backs up & just don’t seem to car, the lady herself when we first moved in seemed to think she was allowed to turn around everyday in my driveway setting off my doorbell…ignorant isn’t the word!! Apart from that we love the house but looks like they’ll be parking problems with the narrow road!

Road too narrow. Ignorant residents parking opposite driveways making it difficult to get in/out who don’t seem to be able to park in their own driveways!

What is the best feature of your home:

Love all our new home but I do think the windows are lovely & the curved ceiling upstairs

Lovely place to live Parking is tight on the estate as with all new estates

That the builders would start so early on a Saturday morning!

I would have loved some Room to expand but it’s very limited for space outside

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great village with lots of amenities (assuming post lockdown they can re-open). Lots of Pubs and bars of differing styles and atmospheres. Barbar/ hair salons Florists Take away options are great oo. The street has been fairly quiet, even with the new sales office being accessed via the street.

Bins were not being collected from our road initially as the council lorries supposedly couldn't come up!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

If I really could have had a garage I would have or may be some sort of additional outside storage option.
