Living in this apartment block has been an absolute delight! The amenities are top-notch with a fully equipped gym, serene yoga room, cozy chill area, and breathtaking roof terrace. It's the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

Design is good. Gym is nice but could be better maintained/updated for the amount of money that is supposedly going into its maintenance. There are speakers in the ceiling of the gym that are never used, just an amazon alexa in the corner of the room. I would expect the system that is in place to actually work. Security is not what I would like, it seems like anyone can be let into the building and there are no questions asked (not all the time). A few times drug dealers have gone through the entire building and left business cards under every door. No harm done, but not a good sign - unless they are a resident. Bin chute is very commonly blocked. It is getting better, but it's not uncommon for it to be blocked and have to take rubbish bags down to the main bin room for a day or two. Nearly every time I get a parcel delivered, I am having to apply for a code by typing in my email on the system in front of the parcel room. Sometimes I get a notification of delivery and a code that works great. Again, another instance of a system that is in place that doesn't seem to just 'work'. (I'm not sure where this issue stems from, but I enter the same details every time and it seems hit or miss whether I get a notification of delivery or not). Flat is very nice. I would say a drawback is that the balcony in my flat is situated in the master bedroom. While this is a positive for the people in the master bedroom, it would be better suited to be accessible from the living area. Building is kept clean, any mess that appears is usually gone within a day or two - no complaints about general maintenance.

The development is modern, clean, and very well designed. There is a gym, cinema room, yoga studio, coworking lobby and a rooftop which gives unbelievable sunset views of the city. It doesn’t have a pool or spa like some other developments in the city which is. A bit of a shame. There is also no parking available at the building. And you have to pay like £200 a month to park nearby. Which isn’t great. But there is free parking on certain days. The build quality is excellent and there is very minimal noise disturbance from any other residents. It’s hard to image there are other people above or below. Many flats have a balcony too. The en-suite shower is beautiful and gives a great monsoon effect. There is a nice smell in the lobby too and there is a sense of homecoming after a long day out.

The development is impeccable in both facilities and maintenance. You have a gym and cinema in the building, along with offering co-working spaces for anyone working from home. The property is equipped with a reception and concierge, which makes receiving parcels easy. The property is also very secure and everything is accessed by a fob or code.

We’ve enjoyed our time here at FiftyFive. Great amenities from gym to workspace, cinema. Very close to the city centre. 10min walk. Close to Victoria Station. Very stylish, coffee shops in the area. Only critique would be the build quality of the apartments could be a little better but we’ve love our time here
