Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is located in a great location at the intersection of Lyndon and Coventry road, just opposite to Tesco supermarket. the locality is great with several restaurants and bars and there is Aldi supermarket near by. Very convent for parents, there is Sheldon country park adjacent to the apartment which connects till Airport viewing and Lyndon public schools and church and business parks in walkable distance. There is a bus stop in front of Apartment for easy commute. A vast parking area and a designated trash collection are and gyms are available with the Apartment campus though there are several other options available near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front desk service is very helpful, immediate response from them even on the request submitted through mobile apps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The country park next to apartment, great place to spend some peaceful time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Neighbourhood is generally nice, there is a corner shop directly across which is very accessible. There are a handful of restaurants on Oxford Road near the uni area, however the journey into city centre is quite easy if you are looking for more options. There are multiple bus stops on the main road, and the walk/ car journey is also fairly short.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I did not realise there is someone working at reception 24/7; this is quite helpful as I work night shifts occasionally, although I rarely require their help it is nice to know they are there if needed. It has also happened once or twice where people who weren’t residents tried entering the building at night time, but fortunately the reception staff were there to stop them.
What is the best feature of your home:
Lovely and welcoming entrance area, always clean and smells nice with good music playing too

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is good as it's a short walk into the city center. Not noisy, pubs around, corner shops... No parking, however, which is very annoying for me and guests. While this was never promised, and the flat was purchased with this knowledge, it is awkward that the best value place to park long term is across the junction at the Stay inn hotel and for short term is £10 a day at GM car park next door.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's always warm without heating. The sound carries very easily down the long hallway in my flat into the master bedroom.
What is the best feature of your home:
Always warm without putting the heating on. Balcony view is nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on my street offers a fairly balanced mix of convenience and community. There’s a good range of local shops, independent cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines and price points. Bars are lively but not overwhelming, and open green spaces like the nearby park provide a welcome escape. Transport links are generally reliable with bus stops and a train station nearby, though peak-time overcrowding can be an issue. Parking can be tight, especially in the evenings, and while bin collections are usually punctual, occasional missed pickups do happen. Anti-social behaviour is rare, though weekend noise from passing traffic or late-night pedestrians can be noticeable. Overall, it’s a vibrant and fairly convenient place to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The window in my room cannot open which makes my room really hot during summer time
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is the large, south-facing windows that flood the space with natural light throughout the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Some lovely cafes and pubs nearby. It’s a short 5-10 minute walk into the city and is also a stones throw from some beautiful walks down by the river and into peel park.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Never spoken to them, they do the job. The concierge would be my go to for any issues. But these flats are just built so well there are rarely any problems.
What is the best feature of your home:
Balcony is a nice touch. The shower is powerful. And the carpet is soft and feels new.
