Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: nice modern social areas and flats, staff are very friendly, very simple to contact building management, good facilities, very quiet in the flats. Bad: some facilities can be out of action at times and sometimes take time to be fixed for example the cinema rooms. The wifi supplier isn’t the most reliable, not really the developments fault though. The post room isn’t the best
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t really had my issues but the ones I have were dealt with accordingly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The wifi supplier ‘internety’ are a bit unreliable which isn’t great when you work from home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is located in a great location at the intersection of Lyndon and Coventry road, just opposite to Tesco supermarket. the locality is great with several restaurants and bars and there is Aldi supermarket near by. Very convent for parents, there is Sheldon country park adjacent to the apartment which connects till Airport viewing and Lyndon public schools and church and business parks in walkable distance. There is a bus stop in front of Apartment for easy commute. A vast parking area and a designated trash collection are and gyms are available with the Apartment campus though there are several other options available near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front desk service is very helpful, immediate response from them even on the request submitted through mobile apps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The country park next to apartment, great place to spend some peaceful time.

Perfect location, 10 mins into town, 15 to deansgate/spinngfields, very quiet area. Local pub but you can hardly hear them. No parking but you can use street parking, lidl down the road, I cannot recommend the location!!

I think because I moved from across the road, I knew pretty much everything
What is the best feature of your home:
bathroom! Juliet bathroom which can be accessed from bedroom for easy access and for guest - so they don’t have to go through the bedroom

There are a plethora of transport links near by to local crescent as well as cute coffee shops and a few restaurants. Unfortunately there is quite often cars in the area being broken into or being robbed for parts, as well as many people struggling to park. Local crescent isn’t very secure with concierge letting anybody walk in and out of the building without a key no questions asked and if the wind blows the door open they will often just leave it unlocked and wide open…. Since it was reported that a group of boys had gotten in and were trying to open people’s doors a few weeks ago I haven’t felt the level of safety I should for a building with 24 hour concierge.

That the facilities are always broken you can find better
What is the best feature of your home:
The bin chute if it works ( it hasn’t got 2 months )
