Very close to the city centre, about a 10 minute walk away from Selfridges. Plenty of amenities around

No independent broadband available, you have to purchase the broadband supplied by the apartment.
What is the best feature of your home:
Roof terrace is a great place to get some fresh air and view over Manchester City

Great location close to the city centre. Lots of new cafes, restaurants and shops opening and other apartment buildings. There’s a park down the road as well

Would’ve loved to know the build quality of apartments beforehand. We had to agree quite quickly on WhatsApp

Decent location and good transport access, little f&b choices though. New restaurants and retails area opening up near Arch’s which is beneficial

Good Close to Victoria Station Close to Arndale and easily commutable Close to good independent bars, shops and food places I like the clothes bin being readily available Bad Can be noticeable people who aren't tenants in the building at night Quality of flat occasionally needs fixing with repairs but they are prompt Smelly yoga studio

The building is lovely, along with all the local shops, pubs and places to eat. It’s a short walk into the centre, making it a perfect location for people aiming to live in town. There are 2 train stations walking distance, and the building is situated near many bus routes.

All nearby parking is expensive and often full, making it difficult when we have any guests.
What is the best feature of your home:
The rooftop terrace, gym and other amenities are all fantastic.
