Great clean modern design, gym is well equipped and as good as any professional gym, cinema room is cosy if a little small. Parcel room is really useful for never missing a delivery while at work. Concierge service are very helpful for sorting out any issues and providing updates on events in the building.

Overall good building management and cleanliness, bin collection is taken care of easily and facilities are well maintained and regularly cleaned。 Building managemnet is good , design is modern and clean, apartment design is also clen and simple, but includes all necessary amenities.

Plenty of character in the building, gym is well designed as is the studio and cinema room. Lobby is done well with nice spaces for quiet reflection and work in the meeting room and more social places to sit downstairs in the lobby. Happy with the lifts- minimal wait time.

The building is a beautiful modern design. Great social spaces and gym, building management is great, very quick to respond. Property management is good. The downstairs areas are welcoming and great to host friends and family. I especially enjoy the wfh spaces.

The overall design and amenities that the building has to offer are great. There’s a gym, yoga studio, business center and cinema. There’s also a rooftop terrace which is great during the nice weather. Building management is okay. There’s a garbage chute, however it is not always operational since the bins get filled up quickly and there’s not always someone available to empty them. People also keep blocking the chutes by putting items which are way to big in the there, forcing others to go down to the bin room itself half the time, and unfortunately there’s not always someone at concierge available to let you in. Bin collections are within the building, which is convenient but it’s not always not always consistent. Property management is also okay, though the I think it could be better when it comes to responding to maintenance requests. If a request isn’t deemed an emergency, it can take up to a month for it to be attended to and sometimes multiple follow ups are needed making some issues that are small take much longer to fix. There also could be more security in my opinion. While we are in a safe area, I would feel better if there was always someone manning the concierge desk. Even during the day during normal hours, there’s not always someone at the desk which is frustrating because what is the point to having a concierge desk if there’s only someone there who is also helpful 50% of the time

As the building is still under warranty, our contractors are facing a slightly higher amount of snags due to be it being a new build which is causing a slight delay on some works.
