We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Well built. Good design. I was looking for an apartment that is close to the city but still provides a good balance of life in east London. The development provides excellent quality living. Management have been quick to deal with any snags or issues

The building seamlessly slots into the surrounding urban fabric, and is perfectly located for getting into town (faster than most people think). The M&S at the bottom of the building is useful but the delivery vans outside my window are less than ideal: it would be good if residents were put first when/if this contract is renegotiated, because at times it feels like living next to a delivery bay.
