There’s a lot of shops to choose from local , Tesco,domino’s,hairdresser’s ,post office , pub’s , bus station , library , vets for pets bakery’s and much more outwood academy school which my boy loves

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ollie was so quick with any problems , had a crack in my window and was orders straight as way and fitted 2 weeks later , my pressure bar was broken they came out 6 days later and was changed ,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish they had been more places nice to eat out , but I get the train to Leeds and park my car at fizwiilnm train station , so great day out and 20 mins on a train

All local shops are Within a five minute walking distance, with brilliant local pubs shops and schools etc….

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we send emails they are simply ignored…

So far it has been great living in Keepmoat home development. Right in middle of everything what needs, local shops, petrol station, school, bus station. Your own parking space.

Really quick and professional responses to any issues what we had.

Maybe more weekly updates regards house building process.

The area that keepmoat have developed has made the area look a lot lot better than what it was as it looked run down and made our properties look run down too keepmoat have done a fab job and apart from the noise and dust from the works the properties look absolutely brilliant and I’d love to reside in one of them

My house has started suffering badly with subsidence and also windows are that old their failing on me if I’d have known this was going to happen I wouldn’t of moved into the house I’m at because I’ve had 4 years of the house failing bit by bit

What is the best feature of your home:

My kitchen , bathroom and double glazing windows and doors

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is local to amenities, there’s a local shop just at the bottom of the road and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Hemsworth where there is a Tescos Superstore, Home Bargains, Iceland and B&M stores, there is also plenty of local traders, Hair dressers/ beauty salons and takeaways. There is a weather-spoons pub just a 5 minute walk too. The streets have plenty of off road parking available, there isn’t much traffic noise has it’s off a main road, there does seem to be a small amount of concern for flytipping in and around the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had a few issues regards to concrete wagons disposing of concrete on our cars, the management solved the issues quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the area was a bit more community oriented. Regards to rubbish and fly tipping I think it could be easily resolved if everyone gets together and do their bit.
