It is a lovely place to live with all the local amenities within walking distance, there is a half hourly bus service to go into the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the building management company for the building of Jelson have quickly sorted any issues I have raised within the 2 year time frame.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management service company for the site (Warwick estates). I wish I had more knowledge on their service record (similar to trust pilot reviews) . As this would have affected my descion to buy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Generally, the area is well kept and the traffic volume isn't too high. At the moment it is still a construction site so only time will tell.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The site manager sorted every problem I raised about the property with immediate effect.

I wish I had known my ownership bounds and exactly what grass areas I am responsible for looking after.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a lovely village and a nicely spaced out development. Waiting for development to finish to get final road surface is the only negative

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly or not at all for a long time, until payment was due

That a TV Ariel isn’t included

living on my street isn't very good as we regularly have the police, ambulance and fire service out due to two residents in one flat they are always fighting ant throwing stuff out their window its not good for the local children to see and hear

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wished i would of known of the age bracket of the people in the falts as it can get very noisy with loud music and shouting from young people living there

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are some places to walk to have a nice drink and pub grub. Some village takeaways aren't the best and ordering in can be a pain from other places. Be prepared to drive. Buses are just outside of the estate. Getting a taxi late at night can be difficult. A few hiccups with people on the housing association as there has been some easterders entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They would rather not do anything to fix your property issues even when there is a contract with the builders to fix everything within your two years. I had the manager tell me they seam the workmanship and materials to be perfectly adequate...but get this, they had never been to my house to look at the fence so how does he know my fence is satisfactory to them if they have never been?

Warwick estates. I wish the sales woman did not lie to us to get her sale. She told everyone who bought on phase two that we didn't have to start paying until it was completed. What a load of rubbish. This company are theives and jelson employ them so the money goes to jelson. Another thing I wish I knew is the enormous charge Warwick estates are demanding for you just to move house. It's outrageous.
