We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Ellis Court, by Charles Church, is located in Birmingham. Recently converted from a workhouse, the building is over 100 years old. The collection of one-bedroom apartments is built from the main central block that was once part of the infirmary.

Design of flat is good with good storage options and a well thought out design, customer service is very poor and overall poor finish, multiple issues upon moving in - leaks, things not working as they should, some have been fixed, some not fixed 6 months later

Buying and viewing the property very very good. Aftercare not so good. Difficult to comment on maintenance of property as there is still building works happening, so far not the best. Car parking area has not been completed either so parking is currently tight for what you can get and not park in the designated spaces.

Nice design that compliments adjoining listed building, spacious for a one bedroom apartment, high end products and design features, love the sash windows and courtyard. Just wanting the larger development to complete so that can get access to green space.
