Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

To start with I love how clean and new the building is, with the very modern design and comfortable living space. I also love that I feel secure, while going home at night because I know around the are are a lot of securities. Management team is very effective to resolve the problem if we have any, and always happy to help. They are always also very clean while entering houses and doing their job. I don't really have a lot of bad aspects. The only one I can remember is that garbage room was very messy for a long period of time, but they tried to resolve it as much as they can. I know this issue also depends on tenants but yes, this was my biggest issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are time effective, and try to reduce everything in a day or so.

As I was leaving in get living student accommodation before, and had a long conversations with sales team I really had no questions as I was very informed on every aspect of the building and company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

‘ There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and Sainsbury's is downstairs, so shopping is very convenient. The open space on the 3rd floor is clean and tidy, and a disabled toilet is available. The subway station is 2-3 minutes walk away, and the train station is directly in front of the building. There may be the sound of a passing train at times, but it's tolerable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are sometimes not very timely and need to go to reminders, but overall problem solving is not bad.

The house was thoroughly cleaned to a degree, as I am being made to feel because of this matter

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Elephant Central means the perfect location in central london! The station is right across, and gymbox and sainsbury’s are in the same building! Perfect especially in winter for when you’re lazy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not efficiently as with the cleaning they just brought someone to dust things off and we ended up paying £60 for someone to come clean properly !

Throwing the bin is not the best experience compared to previous flats

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, the area has proven to be very nice. There are many restaurants & bars around, and super markets and convenience stores. It is well connected in terms of public transport and especially busses. Location-wise, it is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have sent people to look at the problem and they always say ‘we will report it to the team and send you a new one or send you an expert’, but then nothing happens.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would be a hassle everytime we have a visitor or food delivery because we have to go down and tap for the elevator to work

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is full of life, stores owners are really kind , they are always helpful with customers and sometimes I feel like living in a small town within the city. The construction of the new shopping center might be a bit noisy but the developer always ingorm us on what is going on and keep the disturbance at minimum, we are all excited to see the completion of the new center!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everytime we had a request for maintenance they always reached within 2 or 3 days max

The building doesn't have any facility for barbecue in the external garden
