Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is trendy, short walk to Salford Quays, Manchester is a short tram ride away, anything you need is never too far away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I really haven't experience any issues, any little niggles werr addressed almost immediately, Martin again swiftly resolved any issue we raised, even maintenance issues(which was only one occassion) dealt with within 24 hours and the operative Mike was friendly and resolved the issue so quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking isn't ideal but Martin was more than happy to explain what options were available.

There are so many things to do around this area, and it's incredible safe. It's quiet, and most of the time peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! They have dealt with all issues effectively and quickly. martin and dan have been very efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I can add to this part! the building met all my expectations and I love living here.

Everything is easily accessable and within walking distance, and the area seems like a nice area too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

buiding management has been great and have not had to raise any concerns with the property as of yet

everything has been good so far and exactly what I've been looking for

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very accessible via car or via public transport, easy access to city centre & Media City. Lots of good options in both for shopping, food & entertainment. It is a busy area, parking is sometimes difficult (or costly) but not impossible. Media City is like a small town centre on its own so often it is a little loud, but manageable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management have been very responsive & helpful when I've been moving in- flexible with unloading & agreeing to move furniture etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A lot of the facilities are managed via the Resident Cafe app- because of how I moved in onto an existing tenancy I missed some of this info

Love everything about this place. Friendly staff, clean facilities and great location. Highly recommended.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded in a quick and timely manner. Amazing staff.

Video viewing was usually for when I was aboard and at work.
