Clean and tidy local area, also quiet at most time, close to city centre, transport links are very regular too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good responses, detailed end quick, always been supportive.

Car parking is expensive but convenient as just a few mins walk away.

The Quays area is a lovely spot and the building is in the heart, prime location with great local links to the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always react quickly, building had a few issues recently and they were resolved so fast and with minimal disruption, not a quality you get in many of these type of buildings.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The vibe the team give the building, professional yet personal, putting events on, listening to the residents, genuinely care about people enjoying their home.

The local area is beautiful, away from the city but close enough for convenience, making it a peaceful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have not had to raise any issues at all, The building manager Helen i have only met once and she was really friendly.

How peaceful the local area is whilst being so close to the city.

Convenient, as work is on the doorstep, good amenities and friendly staff. Good local transport, easy access to the shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded within a timely manner, issues with the smoke alarm non judgmental

Cracks in the toilet seat, no socket in the bathroom

The amenities are excellent and make everyday living so convenient. Everything is well maintained, clean, and easily accessible, which really enhances the overall experience. I also want to give special thanks to Clara and Selina, who have both been amazing. They are always helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with anything needed. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly make a difference and add to the enjoyment of living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has responded promptly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. They communicate clearly, take concerns seriously, and ensure problems are resolved efficiently. Clara and Selina in particular have been very helpful and proactive, which makes a real difference.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how smooth and well-managed everything would be before moving in. The process, the amenities, and the overall experience have exceeded my expectations. It would also have been helpful to know how responsive and supportive the management team especially Selina, as that really adds peace of mind.
