How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
super quick response when I have had any issues, got things sorted in a good time with little interruption to my schedule.

get involved in the events and get to the cowork space, its really easy to meet people and make friends

The area is very well connected with frequent public transport links and easy access to the city centre. Located right along the quays, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance, offering good variety and quality. Local shops are convenient for daily needs, and open spaces nearby make it great for walks. The street is generally quiet with well-managed parking and regular bin collections, and there’s minimal noise or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is friendly and extremely quick to sort out any issues. Everything is kept clean and well looked after, and the place has a relaxed, community feel.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing as such. We were aware of the the surrounding area

I really enjoy living in this apartment. It’s in a great location with excellent transport links, making it easy to get into the city centre or onto the motorway. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which makes day-to-day life really convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the quays - perfect for relaxing walks or runs by the water. Overall, it’s a great place to live with everything you need close by
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Loose toilet seat and radiator, very quick to offer to come and fix it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being on the quiet end of the quays is lovely, we take our dog out ever day for a bimble along the waterfront. You also have the quayside outlet, the lowry theatre and media city developments if you want to pop out for dinner or a nice drink. If you want to head into town for a bit more hustle and bustle, the tram stop is immediately outside the front door so it couldn't be more convenient .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building team have been very responsive. Any maintenance issues have never taken any longer than 24 hours to address, Mike is brilliant. And we have moved within the building before too, they have been so great in helping us make decisions and supporting a smooth transition
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As we're not from Manchester, we weren't sure if we'd feel a bit isolated as we're not in the city centre. But it's turned out that there's lots of places to walk the dog, there's some lovely bars, coffee shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Transport links are fantastic and all of our neighbours are lovely, there's always someone to say hello to when we're out and about.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops are brilliants, short walk to kargo market, sainsburys and now have a small co op in our building. I feel safe in the area and its lovely dog walk around the quays and around ordsall park
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, we had a small issue moving into our apartment and the Mike was quick to fix it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish it was highlighted more about the amazing dog walks around the area! Even if its just a quick 15 mins around the quays
