Eda, M50

We were wowed immediately by Eda, the interior is well designed and very pleasing to the eye, the facilities here are so good, gym is enormous, cinema room is warm and cosy, the dining room is such a great place for family gatherings, we have not tried it out yet but fully intend to in the near future, the game lounge is also a nice little place to go when entertaining. The apartment itself is simplistic, practical and presented well, the view from my apartment is fantastic. The team here have been so helpful and welcoming, i have to acknowledge Martin, he is a true gentleman and his level of care and courtesy is impeccable.

First thing first Let's talk about the reception, and staff... What you need when you are new to country...yes the staff of EDA who became my friends forever.. Special thanks to Mabel for taking extra care of my kids and her love to our family. This relationship I will take my home back to India. Everyone else you talk to them and you feel as if they had gone through intense training on how to keep tenants happy and contended. They are all professionals.. Josha, Lewis. Dan, Salina, just to name a few, all know exactly how to handle the queries. Seconds, let's talk about the building and aminities. Eda has modern looks and stunning design. Big and modern washrooms, specious bedrooms, and ultra modern kitchen is all you need to spent time with yourself and your family. And when you are bored of working alone just go to the social or the garden area..I promise you will be refreshed in seconds. This is particularly my favourite area. You are bored working alone just go to co-working area, brew a coffee paying penny and work in style with a view of garden in front of you..I saw this lifestyle only in movies before...! Movie theatre proving a big screen wiith stunning sound ...you will feel like in actual theater. I also made my friend jeleous by inviting them to a party in Den..no one expected that a dinner at home can be of this enviable..

What a find Eda was, we had viewed several other apartment developments, this stopped as soon as we had our tour of Eda, We were greeted and shown round by Martin, he put us at ease and explained life at Eda and what we could expect. Since moving in he was not wrong, the apartment is so practical yet so aesthetically pleasing with the option to put our own stamp on the place within reason of course. The communal areas are always neat, clean and tidy, the amenities are first class and feel like you are in a 5* hotel.

Eda is Luxury living without the hefty price tag of city centre apartment blocks, state of the art gym with a wide range of weights and equipment etc. games room, working spaces and the private dining room is a real classy asset, we were given a tour of the amenities and apartments by Martin, the whole viewing experience was an absolute pleasure, such a relaxed but professional vibe, no mumbo jumbo just straightforward transparency which sold it to us without hesitation. We have since moved in and there was a couple of minor issues at the start , however maintenance was arranged and they were resolved the same day, THE SAME DAY, which we found incredible, rapidly arranged by Martin, and then so quickly and professionally followed through by Mike the maintenance operative, such a friendly, helpful gentleman who's whole demeanor gave off that nothing is too much effort, These guys truly knock customer service out of the park. The apartment is simplistic but beautiful and has all the appliances, the beds are really comfy, the natural light in the apartment is great, we have settled and feel at home in no time.

My apartment is elegant and simple, has all the appliances built in, internal furniture provided are all high quality and the bed is a great size and provides comfort and a great nights sleep. I am a keen gym goer so to have such a well equipped gym was a must for me, Eda does not disappoint, from weights, treadmills, bikes, the gym has everything you could need. It's impossible not to mention the front desk team who are all always ready to help in any way that they can, any queries are handled with the utmost professionalism, issues are addressed with precision and provide a quick resolution in most cases. Martin has taken care of me since I moved in, ensuring my move in was easy, that i knew how everything in my apartment works, even down to where to go should there be a fire or an emergency, He checks in every-time he sees me and i have found this quite comforting with being a stranger to Manchester/Salford. I had an issue not long ago and he took it so seriously and the matter was dealt with little fuss and i was put at ease straightwaway.
