It's a happening area with good connectivity to city centre & malls. It has a vibrant community with many local amenities

The maintenance requests were always attended to on time

Wish we had the parking at a nominal rate like other apartments

Good aspects of living at Duet are friendliness of residents, support staff and neighboring community. Bad aspects would be lack of parking availability and space crunch.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been quick to resolve any issues and are so supportive on all aspects.

Parking availability issues was difficult to deal with.

The local transport system is excellent with access to plenty of locations - media city is growing and it's becoming more vibrant

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently, making sure any issues were dealt with and there were no lasting problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known the facilities in the Lowry mall and bars nearby

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is amazing – it offers a great mix of convenience, community, and charm. There’s a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and cosy bars, all within walking distance. The open spaces are well-kept and perfect for relaxing or socialising. Public transport links are excellent, with regular buses and nearby train stations making travel easy. My street is quiet, clean, and friendly, with good parking availability and reliable bin collections. There’s very little anti-social behaviour or traffic noise, creating a safe, peaceful environment. It’s a lovely place to live and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded quickly and efficiently, fixing my dishwasher without delay. Great service!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the on-site team responds to maintenance issues – it’s a real bonus! I’d also recommend new neighbours take full advantage of the communal areas and events – they really help build a sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s excellent stores, restaurants and bars nearby. The area itself is lovely to live in beautiful views and a fantastic area to walk around. It can be slightly loud but not always. The parking could be better at the side of the building for moving in and out but the staff are very helpful to let you into the duet car park for that!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue raised was sorted quickly and well and the condition of the flats are very good

When our washing machine broke we were able to use one in a different flat which was extremely helpful!
