Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on Salford Quays means that nothing is ever too far away. There are two small supermarkets nearby (within walking distance), plenty of restaurants and bars, and excellent transport links to Salford and Manchester City Centre. The area where Duet is situated is quiet with minimal traffic noise (especially in the evenings) and in the immediate vicinity of tram and bus stops. Parking nearby is limited and street parking is not available, however the building's private parking is very convenient and secure. The waste collection room means that we never have to worry about missing a bin day again.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management are very quick to respond to any issues, all of which were resolved very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of street parking might be an issue, however Mia was very helpful to let us temporarily park in the building's private carpark while unloading and moving my belongings in. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms thanks to the ottoman beds, which I forgot about before moving in! So no need to bring too much extra drawers / cabinets :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a lovely area, quiet and peaceful. There’s a co-op and a Sainsbury’s both about a 5 minutes down walk. With bars and restaurants about a 15 minute walk with a gorgeous view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quickly and Efficiently when I had a minor issue with the parcel lockers. They took time to go through all the parcels just to help me find one

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had wished to have known about the bins, although it is a completely minor issue, the bins only being on the bottom floor did make it abit difficult when moving in with all the cardboard etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good shops near by, extremely good transport links. With the ample transport links it’s still quite quiet. There is ample bins in a secure bin stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been very swift such as small maintance issues and the building management itself.

Nothing ! The agents answered any questions we asked prior to moving in.

We are very happy on our decision to start our renting in Duet. We got a great support from Mia (Sales Associate of Duet ) in managing and completing entire process and that went so smooth. All the staff here are so friendly and cooperative. The place is very clean and well managed. Thank you Duet team

Excellent , they are very responsive to our request

Entire experience was good , I think all our expectations a are met

It's a good and peaceful area to live. The good walking area near quays river side and walkable distance to media City. It's a pretty good area to live in.

They are proactive to any problems or issues we have raised.
